The method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach, the subject is peoples who know, understand, and experience the problems that are the topic of research. This study aims to see the strategies used by the student resisment unit 03 UIN sunan kalijaga Yogyakarta in developing human resources using SWOT analysis and the efforts made by the organization to improve the performance of its members. The organization must continue to improve the qualityof its human resource in order to be able to survive. The organization always tries to improve the performance of its members so that the organization has high value and attractiveness so that it can compete in the current era of globalization.
